Position Purpose
A Customer Flow Management Business Analyst accompanies various BNPP Business Lines in the deployment of their data projects in SUN Fircosoft and Vigilance. A BA manage several projects at the same time, working on coordinating the actors (Business Line, Technical engineers,..) and making sure the project advance steadily.

Management of CFM and Vigilance projects:
- Organizing and conducting meetings for each project (Kick Off, Follow Up, Go/No Go)
- Coordinating with Business Line, Technical Engineers and other project actors
- Demonstrating good understanding of the Functional aspects of the application in order to answer Business Line questions
- Meeting deadlines for deliverables and project steps.
- Keeping Project Manager appraised of issues that affect the project and the deliverables of the project - Ensuring that the project and organization standards are followed during various phases of the project
