Europe International Market - Geneva desk: The team is made up of RMs, Associates and Client Service Officers.

We are seeking a motivated internal candidate with a full professional proficiency in Dutch to join our Europe International desk. This role is designed for professionals looking to elevate their career by combining operational mastery with active participation in the business development process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main responsibilities in this role:
As an Associate, you will act as a key partner to our Relationship Managers. You will play a dual role: ensuring the seamless execution of the client lifecycle —from onboarding to complex administrative management— while actively contributing to the growth and service excellence of our international portfolio. This position offers high visibility and the opportunity to manage complex client portfolios within a sophisticated international environment.
1. Commercial & Business Development Support
- Strategic Client Support: Support RMs in managing high-level client requests and preparing customized, high-impact presentations.
- Opportunity Identification: Proactively monitor client account activity and portfolio diversification to identify new commercial levers for the Bank.
- Market Engagement: Maintain a strong interest in financial markets and participate in internal investment and offer meetings.
2. Relationship & Lifecycle Management
- End-to-End Client Management: Take ownership of the complete client lifecycle, including managing complex account openings and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and bank visits, developing your professional presence and network.
- Transaction Excellence: Validate trading orders and manage incoming/outgoing transfers within delegated authority limits, ensuring flawless execution.
- Compliance Ownership : As a "First Line of Defense," you will ensure that all advisory activities and transactions strictly adhere to regulatory, cross-border, and internal compliance standards (KYC/AML).
You will work in a dynamic, multicultural and international environment. There are hybrid/remote work options depending on role and department.
PROFILE & SKILLS
We are looking for a professional who possesses a strong sense of ownership and the ability to balance commercial ambition with operational rigor.
- Education level: University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience level: Ideally, you have experience in a client-facing role. However, we also welcome applications from professionals with strong technical or operational expertise who demonstrate a commercial mindset and the potential to thrive in a client-oriented environment.
- Skills and competencies: Mindset: A business-driven individual who is equally comfortable in client interactions as they are in managing complex, detailed administrative processes. You must be agile, multitask effectively, and maintain high levels of precision.
- Language skills: (Mandatory): Full professional proficiency in Dutch is required to support our specific client segment, alongside fluency in both French and English.
