About Business line/Function: Entity Core Solutions 

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

· Understand, analyze and validate the issue against business & technical processes

· Maintain issue inventory, management information summary.

· Bridge the gap between complex business requirements (Finance/Risk) and technical specifications (Dev/QA/BA).

· Managing stakeholder expectations through transparent communication, regular status reporting, and proactive issue escalation.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills 

· End-to-End Ownership: Leading the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from requirement gathering to production deployment.

· Proactively identifying technical and operational risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project stability.

· Provide updates to Management on critical activities in the team.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

- Knowledge of Finance close & reporting process

- Very good SQL skills.

- Use of MS Excel for reconciliation & analysis.

- Comfortable with basic office tools (MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

- Database concepts like tables, views, queries, BI reports

- Very strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills

- Very good analytical skills

- Independent handling of tasks and drive to complete it end to end.

- Ability to work with tight deadlines

- Multi-tasking, prioritization, negotiation

- Experience in working and coordinating with Global teams and cultures

Specific Qualifications:

•              Basic SQL

•              JIRA
