About Business line/Function: CIB Client Engagement and Financial Security (CEFS IT) has focus on applications servicing Client Lifecycle management, Due Diligence /KYC , Customer Relation Management, Service Request Management, Referential and Data Quality, Transaction monitoring, Reconciliation, Data Platforms, and Anti-Money Laundering. Technologies being used include Java, .NET, Angular, Informatica, Power BI, Fenergo, Siebel, Actimize, Camunda, Drools on private cloud infrastructure. Agile and DevSecOps practices are widely used. Landscape includes projects that are a mix of established and some under transition to new platforms.
Position Purpose
Business Manager/PMO for the CEFS domain in India will manage program budgets and cost‑variance reporting, consolidate project data into status reports, scorecards and KPIs, facilitate meetings across offshore and on‑shore teams, produce SOPs and other artefacts, oversee administrative logistics, and lead stakeholder engagement across IT and business units.

Direct Responsibilities
Financial & Resource Support
- Budgetary Assistance: Support program budget management by tracking expenditures, monitoring cost variances, and preparing reports against financial targets.
- Resource Coordination: Assist in resource planning by tracking talent requirements, maintaining vendor contract documentation, and monitoring tool license usage.
Operational Support & Reporting
- Reporting & Presentations: Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations and dashboards for Steering Committees and management updates (utilizing AI tools where applicable).
- Data Management: Consolidate and analyze project data to maintain status reports, KPIs, and performance scorecards using Excel and BI tools.
- Documentation: Maintain essential project documentation, including SOPs, SLAs, and project artifacts, ensuring accuracy and version control.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate regular project meetings (SteerCo/OpCo/Status) and ensure timely distribution of meeting minutes and action items.
Stakeholder & Operational Coordination
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact for IT and business units to communicate project updates, risks, and decisions.
- Task Management: Provide operational support by tracking action items, managing tasks, and assisting in the day-to-day coordination of the PMO environment.
Governance & Risk Support
- Project Alignment: Support the prioritization of projects and sub-projects based on provided business impact and regulatory criteria.
- RAID Support: Assist in RAID management by identifying, documenting, and tracking risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies across workstreams.
Contributing Responsibilities
- Manage program budgets: planning, tracking spend, cost variance analysis, and reporting against financial targets
- Collect, consolidate, and analyse project data; produce status reports, scorecards, KPIs, and performance dashboards (advanced Excel/BI skills)
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and ensure timely distribution of meeting minutes and action‑item updates
- Lead stakeholder engagement across IT and business units, ensuring clear communication of objectives, risks, and decisions
- Design executive‑grade PowerPoint decks and dashboards (incl. AI‑assisted slide generation) for steering committees and MoM updates
- Oversee administrative coordination: action‑item tracking, to‑do lists, visitor and meeting‑room scheduling, and general office logistics
- Conduct resource capacity planning: forecast talent needs, manage vendor contracts, and track tool license utilization
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Financial Knowledge: Familiarity with IT financial processes (CapEx/OpEx), budgeting, and vendor administration.
- Reporting Excellence: High proficiency in creating professional, high-impact PowerPoint presentations for senior management.
- Attention to Detail: Extreme precision in data entry, financial reporting, and documentation.
- Autonomy: Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently and meet strict monthly/quarterly deadlines.
Specific Qualifications
- Experience: ~10-12 years of experience in IT Business Management, PMO support preferably within a financial services/BFSI, Consulting or regulated environment
