As an Industrial and Logistics Investment Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in the analysis, planning, and execution of investment strategies in the industrial and logistics sectors. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in market research, financial analysis, and client engagement while contributing to real projects.
Key roles and responsibilities
• Assist in conducting market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the industrial and logistics sectors.
• Collect and analyse data to support investment decision-making processes.
• Support the financial modelling and valuation of potential investment opportunities.
• Assist in preparing investment memorandums and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers to monitor the progress of ongoing projects and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Contribute to the preparation of regular reports on investment performance and market developments.
• Assist in maintaining databases and tracking investment metrics.
• Work closely with various departments, including finance, operations, and legal, to gain a holistic understanding of the investment process.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas for process improvements.
• Developing internal and external networks for business opportunities i.e. new work
• Consults more experienced colleagues on more difficult or unfamiliar situations.

Essential qualifications
• Educated to A level standard or equivalent
• Good IT skills including intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Excel and Word
