En qualité de Chargé(e)(e) de Soutien Organisation, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Participer à la gestion des moyens et services généraux (courrier, abonnements, matériels informatiques, téléphonie, véhicules, locaux, commandes économat et matériels, déplacements collaborateurs, notes de frais, suivi des budgets, relations avec les fournisseurs et les prestataires de services internes ou externes).   
  • Préparer l’arrivée des nouveaux collaborateurs, et participer à leur accueil.
  • Participer à la formation sécurité annuelle des collaborateurs, s’assurer du bon respect des règles de sécurité et des consignes BNP Paribas.
  • Plus généralement contribuer au bon fonctionnement des Centres d'Affaires et apporter un support de proximité aux collaborateurs sur ces sujets.
