AeJ QIS Sales & APAC QIS Product Expert

Position Purpose

Cover QIS key account in Asia ex Japan and lead the commercial push of QIS strategies towards sales in the region acting as a product specialist supporting local sales.

Responsibilities

Role:

  • Run the direct coverage of attributed client accounts on QIS and deliver AUMs growth as per targets and KPI.
  • Act as a product specialist supporting local sales in all countries of Asia ex Japan, with an aim of growing our franchise, AUM based and CC on QIS.
  • Work in close collaboration with APAC structuring across (but not limited to) definition the products in focus, managing the client book of work, defining the needs for new strategies, creating sales and marketing support pre and post trade.
  • Work in close collaboration with central QIS team in Paris / London.
  • Work in close collaboration with M360, locally and globally (with a focus on Quant Research – Michael Sneyd and Vincent Berthelemy) with an aim of being their ambassador locally on the QIS topics.

Conduct:

  • Comply with individual mandates and Code of Conduct,
  • Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines,
  • Ensure compliance with Bank’s policies/procedures and regulatory requirements, in particular with regards to the KYC responsibilities and duties, as per relevant policies and procedures, and the summary of responsibilities list attached hereto,

Platform Development:

  • Promote working relationships with FIC, BO and MO, Risk Management, Legal and Compliance,
  • Participate actively to the development of the EQD platform, supporting digitalisation and technological advances.
  • Develop an operational risk mindset.
