To meet these needs, the position of Administrative Specialist has been opened to join their strategic team.
The main objective of this position focuses on the management and budget control of activities led by the administration of cross-functional areas. Likewise, it involves generating management reports for different levels of the organization, updating, optimizing, and documenting processes for the management of cross-functional areas.
This position will be key in maintaining an organized and efficient work environment. A strategic approach to office management is required in order to implement continuous process improvement aimed at increasing work efficiency.
It is a role that will not have direct reports; however, it will require communication with high-level stakeholders in LATAM, as well as knowledge and skills in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and project management.
Professional Profile:

- Advanced level of English is essential
Conditions:
The employment will be on a permanent basis. The salary is set at a range of $14M COP, with the benefits provided by the company.
This position will be based in the city of Bogotá.
