ABOUT THE JOB
MISSION
Manage and optimise the company’s cash flows, ensuring the proper implementation of international and local payments through the SWIFT network. This position is key to ensuring liquidity and control of global financial movements, maintaining high standards of security and enforcement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- International payment management: Processing and monitoring payments made through SWIFT, ensuring proper and timely execution, including payments to suppliers, interbank transfers, and customer-related transactions.
- Cash flow control: Monitor the balance sheet of international and local bank accounts, ensuring the availability of funds to meet payment obligations in all relevant currencies.
- Banking reconciliation: To carry out the reconciliation of daily transactions by checking the proper accounting of payments and detecting discrepancies or errors.
- Relationship with banks and counterparts: To maintain direct communication with banks to resolve payments, status consultations and ensure compliance with procedures.
- Policy compliance: Ensure that all transactions comply with local and international regulations (AML, KYC, FAAAR, etc.) and that internal financial security procedures are followed.
- SWIFT transaction monitoring: Monitor SWIFT message traffic (MT103, MT202, MT., etc.) to ensure that payment instructions are executed correctly and on time.
- Financial risk analysis: Identify and mitigate potential risks related to cash management, liquidity control and international transactions.
- Optimizing processes: Propose improvements in cash management and payments processes, using technology tools and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Studies in business administration, economics, finance
- Previous experience in back office
- Bilingual in Spanish and at least C1 in English
- Pack Office
