The Securities Services business of BNP Paribas is one of Europe's leading providers of custody services for securities.

The Luxembourg branch plays a major part in its operations, offering clients high value-added services extending from custody to securities lending, fund administration, performance measurement and ratings, and bond issuance services.

We are currently looking for a:

TA Private Capital AML/KYC Intern 

M/F

6 to 12 months Internship

An internship agreement covering the whole duration of the internship, signed by the school, the student and the company is MANDATORY.

BACKGROUND

Within the BNPP Luxembourg Branch, TA AML/KYC department, the Private Capital AML/KYC team is a key component of the TA AML/KYC activities.

In order to cope with the regular reinforcement of the regulations in terms of Know Your Customer and revisions of the investor files, we are looking for interns within the Private Capital AML/KYC team.

YOUR ASSIGNEMENT

• Conduct KYC reviews and assessments for new clients during the onboarding phase
• Review and maintain KYC documentation for existing clients as part of onboarding process
• Carry out reputational background checks on investors and their related parties
• Handle and organize sensitive AML related documents with a high level of confidentiality
• Examine and update the AML sections within investors files to ensure compliance
• Serve as a point of contact for internal AML related queries and support
• Stay informed and up to date on AML laws, regulations and best practices.
• Regularly report findings, issues and progress to the responsible team or manager

Work environnement

• The job is located on site; in the eKinox building, located 60, avenue J.F. Kennedy L-1855 LUXEMBOURG. 
• The job is not eligible to remote working (télétravail), or to access to satellite offices. 
• No movements outside of the office to be foreseen. 
• Full-time job (40 hours/week).

ARE YOU OUR NEXT TA Private Capital AML/KYC Intern ?

Professional experience & degree

A first experience in banking is a plus but isn’t required.

You are currently enrolled as a student, ideally pursuing a degree in either law, finance or economics.
