Internship in Private Capital Team
We are part of Private Capital Department in BNP CIB. The main responsibility of our Team is to perform cash monitoring, object valuations, activities related to NAV calculation, ownership verification of real estate assets and record keeping of FX and money market deals processes for German Real Estate funds.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (min. B2)
- Knowledge of German will be a plus
- Graduate or pursuing last years of studies preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar
- Availability at least 30 hours per week
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (other financial software programs will be a big plus)
- Interest in banking or other financial sectors
Responsibilities:
- Accurately recording and completing relevant checklists
- Supporting the team with ownership verification of real estate assets and updating our internal database
- Provide support to senior staff in daily activities
- Assist in preparation of financial reports and statements
- Monitoring dedicated mailboxes and systems to ensure that all queries are handled on time
- Supporting the team with process development, proposing enhancements and technical solutions that would help boosting efficiency
- Work with deadlines
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to gain knowledge of team's practices and procedures
