What you will do?
As a Client Delivery intern, you will:
The intern will be integrated within the Hong Kong Client Delivery Team and will be supporting a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Support for COO / Head of Client Delivery
- Supporting the head of Client Delivery with their responsibilities (e.g. presentation preparation, headcount analysis, outsourcing governance, meeting arrangements, special projects etc.)
- Investment and Fund Services / Banking Operations
- Supporting the audit process
- Assisting with report generation and delivery to auditors
- Monitoring the status of audits & preparation of fund financial statements
- Contributing to the onboarding process for new business
- Assisting the teams with preparation of Key Performance Indicators
As a Investor Services intern, you will:
The intern will be integrated within the Hong Kong Client Delivery / Investor Services team and will be supporting a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Supporting the KYC (know your client process) process of investors
- Supporting the screening of names and analysis of hits
- Support the team in implementing an efficient end to end operating model
- Supporting the Client Account Managers
- Supporting and organising the investors’ and clients’ queries
- Supporting the migration on a new client query tool
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Demonstrating a keen interest in the Banking Industry and fund administration
- Strong analytical mindset and synthetic mind. Ability to write in a concise way
- Ability to multi-task and to priorities tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Cantonese/Mandarin are a plus
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
