BNP Paribas Wealth Management ranked France's Best Private Bank and 6th worldwide in the 2009 Euromoney poll

The 2009 Euromoney Private Banking survey has singled out BNP Paribas Wealth Management, the BNP Paribas group's private bank once again:
- “France's best private bank” for the 4th times
- the world's 6th private bank, up 3 places compared with 2008

In addition, BNP Paribas Wealth Management has moved up several places in the various regional rankings:
- 4th private bank in Western Europe (5th in 2008)
- 5th private bank in the Middle East (9th in 2008)
- 10th private bank in Asia (12th in 2008)

François Debiesse, CEO of BNP Paribas Wealth Management, welcomed these results stating: “In the current unstable climate, the Executive Committee and I very much value this recognition which fully reflects the robustness of the BNP Paribas Group and our commitment to our clients”.

The Euromoney Private Banking survey, based on a poll of the private banks themselves and audited annual figures, is the market's benchmark. It ranks the banks by country and by category.
