Bertrand CIZEAU, Head of Group Communications and Deputy Head of Company Engagement is appointed Head of Hello bank! France, member of the Executive Committee at Commercial & Personal Banking in France as of 3 October. He will report to Marguerite BERARD, Head of Commercial & Personal Banking in France, and member of the Group’s Executive Committee. Marguerite BERARD states: “I would like to warmly thank Caroline LEHERICEY, Head of Hello bank! France, for the quality of her work thanks to which we have earned the trust of over 700 000 clients. That is twice as many as 5 years ago, with one of the best NPS (1) in the banking sector. With Bertrand CIZEAU’s arrival at the head of Hello bank! France, we aim to launch a new phase of development and accelerate the growth of our digital bank”.
Elise HERMANT will join the bank as of 5 September as Head of Group Communications. She will follow Bertrand CIZEAU and will report to Antoine SIRE, Head of Company Engagement and member of the Group’s Executive Committee. “As Head of Communications, Bertrand CIZEAU is distinguished for his engagement, his capacity to innovate and his essential contribution to the Group’s image over 9 years. In line with the Group’s new strategic plan, GTS 2025, Elise HERMANT will be entrusted with the mission to further his efforts to ensure the image of the Eurozone’s leading bank by anchoring its exemplarity as a bank that is close to its clients, technologically innovative and attentive to the environmental and social impacts of its activity”, stated Antoine SIRE.
Caroline LEHERICEY will take on new responsibilities within Arval BNP Paribas, which will be announced in the coming days. With 7 000 employees and 1 500 000 vehicles leased in 30 countries, Arval BNP Paribas is the European leader in full-service vehicle leasing and new mobility solutions. “We are very pleased that Caroline LEHERICEY will join us at Arval BNP Paribas. Biographies
Elise HERMANT graduated from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences de l’Information et de la Communication (CELSA) and holds a master’s degree in Public policy from Sciences Po, Paris. Elise started her career within various government ministries and then joined HAVAS as Advisory Director, followed by Group ADP (Airports of Paris) in 2013 as Head of Media and Reputation, then Head of Communications.
Caroline LEHERICEY graduated from NEOMA Rouen, business school, and started her career in marketing in the banking sector, then joined Bouygues Telecom in 1999 where she held the successive roles of Head of Customer Retention and Acquisition, Head of Marketing for Offers & Services and Head of Digital B&You and Bouygues Telecom. Caroline joined BNP Paribas in 2017 as Head of Hello bank! France.
Bertrand CIZEAU holds a Master 203 degree in Financial Markets from Paris Dauphine University, and started his career at Paribas in 1994, prior to becoming General Manger of the Gamma photo agency. In 2001 he joined BNP Paribas Group to launch and develop Cetelem Communications. He was appointed Head of Group Communications in 2013 and, in 2017, also became Deputy Head of Company Engagement.
