LEVEL UP!: an exclusive networking event for European start-ups and BNP Paribas experts

At the end of March, BNP Paribas organized an exclusive meeting between European entrepreneurs and Group experts: a further opportunity to nurture the special relationship that the Bank maintains with players in the start-up ecosystem. Here's a look back at its commitment to the subject, and at the event itself.

BNP Paribas Group plays a key role in the European start-ups’ ecosystem. Its ambition, at every stage of their growth, is to help them develop, whether through banking services, support (incubation, acceleration, business networking), participation in fund-raising, support for an IPO, and, in parallel, technological collaborations or acquisitions.

To take things a step further, BNP Paribas - at the initiative of the IPS division (Investment & Protection Services) and with the support of the Group's Communications department - organized at the end of March LEVEL! UP, a event bringing together entrepreneurs from European start-ups with Group experts and high-level decision-makers, from all divisions and business lines.

Most of the start-ups selected (Series A to C) already had a professional relationship with the Group (commercial, investment, etc.).

This event was co-organized in partnership with Maddyness, a media dedicated to entrepreneurship and innovation in France and the UK.

  • Awarding a prize (Maddychoice Award) to Sopht, a start-up supported by BNP Paribas, as part of its Maddyawards campaign to reward those who make a significant contribution to innovation in France.
