職務說明 Job Description：
1. 管理應用系統開發團隊。
2. 進行現有系統開發與維運，包含問題解決、一次性需求(BAU)、資料彙整處理、跨部門協調及廠商溝通。
3. 分析系統需求，並提出綜整解決方案；，協助相關團隊提供完整解決方案。
4. 應用系統開發版本及資安管理與解決；協助資訊科技治理(包含相關稽核作業)。
5. 配合完成各項法規、資安要求之相關系統開發作業。
6. 其他主管交辧事項。
1. Manage the application system development team.
2. Carry out both development and maintenance of existing systems, including issue resolution, one-time requests (BAU), data consolidation and processing, cross-department coordination, and vendor communication.
3. Analyze system requirements and propose integrated solutions; assist relevant teams in delivering complete end-to-end solutions.
4. Manage application development releases and information security matters; support IT governance activities (including related audit processes).
5. Collaborate to complete system development activities required to meet regulations and information security requirements.
6. Other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
人才條件 Hiring Criteria：
1. 大型資訊系統開發經驗(孰悉整個專案生命週期)。
2. 具備技術溝通能力。
3. 具3年以上管理經驗。
4. 具備金融/保險業經驗。
5. 具備APIM與Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)經驗。
6. 具備基本英文溝通能力，能與國外同事進行有效的溝通與協作。
1. Experience in large-scale information system development (familiar with the entire project life cycle).
2. Possess technical communication skills.
3. More than 3 years management experience.
4. Possess experience in the financial/insurance industry.
5. Experience with APIM and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).
6. Possess fundamental English communication skills to communicate and collaborate effectively with international colleagues.
