職務說明
1. Build proper working model with development team to support each other with good SOP/technical documentations and to solve the applications issues timely with good quality.
2. Early involvement in each project to pick up the technical know-how and able to handle most issues when applications go-live.
3. Own the technical knowledge to manage vendors with proper SLA (Be able to manage and review vendor contracts, as well as to monitor and control quality).
4. Be able to troubleshooting, analyze, filter and fix the first line application issues, as well as to align with the IT Governance.
5. Play a senior engineer role to drive and support the whole team activities.
6. Play a key role to closely work with cross teams to ensure issues are solved smoothly with good understanding and communication
7. Other maters assigned by the supervisor
人才條件
1. Six or more years of experience in IT and/or the financial services banking/insurance industry.
6年以上IT/金融服務/保險產業經驗
2. Experience managing Agile development projects and groups./ experience with Digital Transformation and customer experience improvement initiatives.

3. Demonstrated experience in managing "upward" among senior leadership.
具與高階管理者溝通經驗
4. Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams.
具跨部門/跨組織專案管理經驗
5. Substantial consulting leadership experience a plus
