職務說明

1. 依據專案或使用者作業流程之商業需求及資料需求，並將其文件化產出需求分析規格書

2. 處理各式數位平台維護之系統需求分析，產出系統開發的需求規格書

3. 依專案任務及系統需求進行相關需要之測試案例及執行測試作業

4. 必須將資料做整體的流程使用流程圖繪製工具完成系統及功能資料流程圖文件化

5. 處理保險行政作業流程的分析、評估及問題解決

6. 依使用者需求與 IT開發團隊進行說明及溝通

7. 其他主管交辦事項

人才條件

1. 至少5年以上產壽險保險公司行政作業流程規劃/資料分析或保經代系統相關工作經驗

2. 3年以上保險系統需求商業流程及資料分析/規劃經驗

3. 熟悉 MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Project ) 及UML (Use Case)

4. 具邏輯思考及商業分析技術，具備溝通技巧及問題解決能力且可獨立作業
