職務說明

1. 服務合作通路，提供商品精神/結構/專案等銷售技巧進行教育訓練。

2. 協助合作通路銷售及行政作業流程。

3. 提供策略性合作模式，能有效地經營通路/業務員。

4. 達成公司業務相關專案任務與績效。

5. 需配合例休輪調及國內外差旅需求。

6. 其他主管交辦事項。

人才條件

1. 3年以上壽險業務輔導或個人銷售經驗。

2. 能獨立舉辦中小型商品說明會及教育訓練。

3. 對保險商品及市場有深入了解。

4. 態度敬業、主動積極、人際溝通能力強。

5. 國台語流利、英文有基本讀寫溝通能力。

6. 通過保險、信託、理財規劃等專業證照測驗尤佳。
