職務說明
1. 負責新契約審核、進度控管、照會追蹤。
2. 協助核保熱線電話諮詢服務。
3. 執行法令或集團對洗錢防制、FATCA、CRS、資安、個資等相關作業要求與內控查核。
4. 保單行政作業，包括保費溢繳退費、新契約案件取消等。
5. 其他主管交辦任務。
人才條件
1. 具3年核保/保險行政相關經驗。
2. 具耐心及細心。
3. 具核保員資格尤佳。
