About the job
- The Funds Execution Team ensures the execution of all orders on investment funds, in the Wealth Management (WM) business line. At the heart of the Operations HUB, it provides its expertise to numerous WM sites. The team delivers a tailor-made experience, with outstanding attention to details to all WM clients
Your Main Activities Are
- Supervise the complete operational processes (all the orders execution), while maintaining and adapting the monitoring system
- Strong follow up and participation to funds execution cut offs
- Implement the right controls to secure the output, improve the process permanently and ensure that team procedures are updated and validated
- Produce monthly reports on second levels controls (Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), Key Success Parameter (KSP) and Service Reviews)
- Team management, recruitment, evaluation, training plan and employee evolution, ensuring the expertise and the team polyvalence
- Reports and informs the management regularly
- Represent Fund Execution, in projects, initiatives and regulatory subjects
- Reactivity and proactivity, when there is an operational issue
- Ensure a clear communication (both-way) between Funds Execution Team and all the different stakeholders (clients, Relationship Managers (RM's), Middle-Office, other Back-Office Teams, custodians)
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Economics, Finance and Accounting
- From 5 to 7 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Pack (Access and Excel)
- Fluent in English
