Job Title: Vice President – Project Manager

About Business line/Function: Drive India (The DRIVE Project Implementation practice covers GM and ALMT business lines globally).
Position Purpose: Project Managers within DRIVE play the role of architects (end-to-end) of the GM / ALMT Value Chain. They manage vertical or transversal projects through their implementation phase, encompassing project framing, solution design, plan maintenance, team driving, staffing, and performing retrospectives.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Project Framing: Clarify objectives, scope, dependencies, risks, and business rationale (ROI); size effort and identify contributors.
- Study / Design Phase: Define business requirements, costs, and timelines; coordinate experts; establish financials and governance; design the roadmap and secure resource plans.
- Execution Phase: Drive roadmap execution; share project status; identify risks and propose mitigation; monitor budget and contributor feedback; chair governance bodies and produce reporting.
- Completion Phase: Collect participant feedback; identify best practices and areas for improvement; update the project management toolkit with lessons learned.
- Solution Validation: Ensure designed solutions align with sound IT architecture, Target Operating Model (TOM), strong controls frameworks, and operational efficiency.
Contributing Responsibilities
- Provide project progress KPIs to demonstrate adherence to the initial plan.
- Proactively propose and set up mitigation plans.
- Publish project highlights for review by the Team Leader.

- At least 15 years of experience.
