Join our Group Learning & Development team (L&D) within the HUB Group HR in Lisbon, a cross-functional department responsible for defining, managing, and leading the Learning & Development strategy for the BNP Paribas Group.
Thanks to its strategic positioning and expertise, this team develops cross-functional offers and academies to support the Group's major transformation projects and key skills identified by the Strategic Workforce Planning exercises.
About the job
As part of one of the Group Learning & Development squad the UX designer is responsible for the design, implementation, and evolution of the training offer in the Group’s Learning Experience (LXP) solution (Mylearning) to offer an enriched learning experience and pathway in the tool.
She/He interacts daily with Product Owners, Learning Experts, Training officers but also with members of the L&D community, IT teams and end users (Learners).
Your Main Activities Are
Within the Squad:
- She/He contributes across the Learning Product lifecycle, accompanying Tribes from the strategic framing and definition phases, through design to delivery, and into continuous improvement and optimization.
- She/He integrates a «Learner-Centric» approach during the redesign of learning paths, where she/he helps to model the current state, to identify key moments and to define the expected target vision.
- She/He designs and verify products’ structure and behaviour using wireframes, process flows and prototypes to improve usability, accessibility, and Learner’s delight while meeting Business and employee’s needs.
- She/He relies on the objectives, perceptions and feelings of users, market research, key performance indicators, VOC (voice of customer) / VOE (voice of employee) data analysis, user test results, and design principles defined by the Group.
- She/He integrates external and internal training content into the Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
- She/He inserts test/acceptance features.
- She/He identifies and enriches knowledge about clients and employees by planning and implementing UX research, from identifying needs upstream with “exploratory” approaches, to downstream with “evaluative” approaches.
Profile and Skills to Success
- At least 4 years of Project Management and consulting experience in Information Technology or similar
- Masters in Architecture, Fine Arts and Design ( preferable)
- Skilled/ Certified on UX Design, with relevant experience in Marketing - UX and customer journey approach
- Highly skilled on presentation development and MS. Office Tools
- Critical Thinking and Open to Change mindset
- Good oral and communication skills
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English is required
- Client focused
- Attention to detail/rigor
- Ability to Manage a Project
