Unlock Program

The Unlock Program is a multi-faceted initiative, providing master’s students a chance to delve into the world of capital markets before entering the job market. By joining this programme, members have exclusive access to mentorship with experienced professionals in their area of interest, a line-up of workshops and networking events, leading up to a fast track to a position within BNP Paribas Global Markets Portugal.

A spotlight on what we can offer:

 Exclusive floor tours and events: As part of the program, you will have exclusive visits to our front office premises and a trading floor that is unique in Portugal. Experience the bells, the rings, the ambience and the day-to-day life of a BNP Paribas employee. We have also planned some events with you in mind. From open days to networking get-togethers and wrap up with a very special farewell event.

Buddy up: You will be assigned a buddy to guide and support you throughout this program. They will be your BNP Paribas point of contact on any questions regarding end of masters or transition to a first job experience.

 Workshops & Presentations: In an exclusive sneak-peak into the BNP Paribas Global Markets roles, hear from our experienced professionals, as they present the essence of their activity and share what their day to day entails.

Get on the Fast-Track: You may have the possibility of being fast-tracked to a summer internship, long-term internship, graduate or permanent position.
