About the job
- To support the Recruitment and Talent Sourcing team ensuring the team is able to actively contribute to pursue BNP Paribas’ Recruitment strategy and growth for Portugal, focusing on sourcing and assessing the right talent in the shortest period possible, by providing support on the tools, performing controls and promoting team activities
Your Main Activities Are
- Supporting the Recruitment & Talent Sourcing team to meet the goals of attracting, hiring and retaining the best talent, while growing a strong pipeline of Candidates, by answering queries and acting as a Subject Matter Expert for the managed applications (solving issues, managing development requests, performing tests and providing accesses to tools) and SPOC for day-to-day activities
- Perform regular controls and monitoring procedures over data in all Recruitment tools, ensuring they are up to date and duly populated with the most complete information, and ensuring accuracy and resilience in Recruitment as well as that data quality supports well-informed decisions
- Produce regular dashboards and reports for different stakeholders (Management, HR OPC and Global SPEAR) to support decision making and other ad-hoc reports
- Answering employees queries on the Employee Referral Program and managing requests with the HR teams involved in case of issues
- Analysing and providing feedback on Risk Assessment requests
- Managing invoices and accruals regarding Recruitment activities
- Managing the relationship with different stakeholders in HR, IT, Facilities, Communications and Business, for different topics related to Recruitment Transversal Support
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or similar
- Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources and Recruitment
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Proficiency in Excel
