Job Title: Technical Support

About Business line/Function: ARVAL Salesforce & Genesys

Position Purpose: 

The developer ensures the continuity of service of the Salesforce platform and its integrations. They provides application support in accordance with the best applicable practices (maintainable, secure provide documented, scalable, testable and in line with the business line’s needs).

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

-          Monitor all the flows

-          Incident management & monitoring

-          Provide user support for the application

-          Vulnerability management & security issues

-          Manage the releases deployment

-          Data loading

Contributing Responsibilities

-          Solution documentation & updates

-          Help to optimize existing code and improve its maintainability

-          Help to integrate software packages and in the definition of settings

-          Help to upgrade/update software components

ATCI serves as Arval’s dedicated IT hub, closely collaborating with the onshore Arval IT teams to implement global technology strategy. It plays a key role in delivering IT solutions across countries while driving execution from India. The center strengthens Arval’s digital transformation by aligning its capabilities with international IT needs.

ARVAL Service Lease
Within the "CRM & Genesys" tribe, the "CRM" cluster is responsible for the IT solutions related to Salesforce and its dependencies. More largely, the “Salesforce CoE” gather all ressources around Salesforce.

The solution implements Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Omnistudio, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, genesys integration, and some java specific developments for integration.
