The Transaction Banking Support Officer (Temporary) is responsible for providing effective support to Transaction Banking activities across Product, Sales and Client Service, assisting with client requirements, product-related activities, business development support and management priorities to ensure efficient delivery of Transaction Banking solutions and a high-quality client experience.
1. Product & Implementation support
- Support Product and Implementation team in the delivery, enhancement and implementation of Transaction Banking solutions.
- Support new product launches, enhancements and client implementations, including preparation of client-related materials, supporting product testing and UAT activities.
- Support Product team in the preparation and completion of regulatory reports and requirements, including data gathering, validation, consolidation and submission.
- Support Implementation team in tracking implementation milestones, dependencies and outstanding actions, assisting in identifying implementation issues and working with relevant stakeholders to drive resolution.
- Support cross-functional projects, providing flexible support across client delivery activities in response to business priorities, client needs and evolving Transaction Banking activities in Vietnam.
2. Sales & Client Service support
- Provide day-to-day support to Cash Management, Traditional Trade and Client Service team on client-related activities.
- Assist Sales team in preparing client materials, meeting preparation, call reports, and other sales-related reporting as required.
- Coordinate with Product, Implementation, Operations and other internal teams to obtain information and support Sales team in responding to client requirements.
- Support CSD team in handling and tracking day-to-day client service enquiries, monitoring outstanding requests and proactively following up to meet agreed SLA
- Take ownership of assigned client requests from initiation to resolution, providing timely and accurate responses to clients, coordinating with relevant internal teams where additional information or action is required.
- Investigate service issues, identifying the relevant stakeholders and coordinate resolution for complex client requests.
- Maintain accurate records of client requests, taking actions and resolutions in accordance with internal procedures.
3. Management activities support
- Provide support to the TB Head on management activities preparation, including presentations, business update, and internal reporting.
- Assist in coordinating internal meetings, management actions and follow-up across relevant Transaction Banking stakeholders.
- Support ad-hoc strategic, business or organizational initiatives as required
Key Competencies Required
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in banking, preferably in Transaction Banking: Cash Management, Product & Implementation, Sales support and Client service.
- Prior experience with an international bank is strongly preferred.
- Experience in handling client requirements and coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders, with demonstrated ability to manage assigned client request and coordinate activities through to resolution
- Experience in product support, regulatory reporting, process improvement or project coordination would be an advantage.
- Good written and spoken English and Vietnamese
