Tax Reporting Team Leader
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of Polish tax law, tax reporting
- A least 2 years of experience in people management
- Masters degree in relevant field, preferred Economic profile studies
- Proficiency in Polish and English language.
- Advanced Excel skills to support reporting.
- Experience with tax-specific technology solutions – highly recommended but not mandatory.
- Experience in the financial sector – beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to share knowledge and work effectively in collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the Tax Reporting Team to ensure high quality tax outcomes, Team motivation, and engagement.
- Supervising tax reporting and calculation for CIT, WHT, VAT, Bank tax, TP documentation and MDR to ensure that taxes are correctly calculated and reported.
- Performing tax controls/account justification and reports, to meet BNP Paribas regulations/standards.
- Providing oversight and support tax inspections, coordinating contact with tax authorities to ensure compliance with tax regulation and mitigates tax risks.
- Managing tax-related projects to ensure compliance with law requirements and support strategic initiatives.
