Tax Reporting Expert

As a Tax Expert, you will work in a dynamic and growing company where your expertise makes a real impact. 
You will engage in exciting tax projects with opportunities for professional development and career growth in a supportive work environment. 

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will provide guidance on tax topics to ensure tax compliance

Requirements:

  • Solid knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
  • A least 7 years of relevant experience (3+ years in the financial sector preferred) 
  • Masters degree in relevant field, preferred Economic profile studies
  • Working command in English and Polish
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
  • Experience in tax technology solutions is a plus

Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise tax reporting and calculations for CIT, WHT, VAT, Bank Tax, TP documentation, and MDR, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide expert guidance on VAT and CIT topics.
  • Lead tax-related projects, including VAT refunds and CIT R&D Relief, while coordinating with external tax advisors.
  • Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess their impact on the company.
  • Support tax inspections and manage relations with tax authorities.
  • Liaises with Global Tax Department and external advisors to ensure tax compliance
