About us
Arval Competence Center Warsaw is the latest initiative of the BNP Paribas group, which aims to develop competences and business services. Currently, ACCW employs over 150 people who every day, in various languages, help Arval Group entities to efficiently serve Clients and Partners.
In ACCW, solutions are being created that aim to streamline the customer and supplier verification processes. The center specializes, among others, in credit analyses and KYC analyses, and also performs tasks in the field of HR data administration and internal control. Within ACCW, there is also the Arval Technical Center, whose employees, being part of the international IT team, play a strategic role in the development and maintenance of digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Verification of current and future suppliers and companies cooperating with Arval
- Analysis of global supplier base risk in line with company policy
- Supplier data management in the internal system
- Creating and analyzing reports using internal tools and those provided by external entities
- Verifying data and regular screening of suppliers
- Taking care of the assigned scope of suppliers
- Maintaining a good relationship with requestors
Requirements
- Fluent knowledge of English min. B2
- Fluent knowledge of Polish min. B2
- Higher education
- Minimum one year of professional experience
- Responsible approach to entrusted tasks
- Analytical thinking and attention to details
- Openness to team work
