Data Administration domain is part of Investment and Fund Services business line. Domain performs two main processes Asset Creation and Pricing.
The Specialist in the Pricing team is responsible for performing pricing and maintenance activities for both internal and external clients. The primary goal is to ensure that these activities meet the established service level agreements (SLAs). This role is crucial in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of pricing.
Specialist in Pricing Team
Requirements:
- Over 1 to 3 years of experience in financial area
- Very good command of English (min. B2 level)
- Interest in banking operations
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel
- Accuracy and client focus approach
- Self-motivation, willingness to learn and sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills – oral & written
Responsibilities:
- Performing pricing activities for internal and external clients to meet the service level agreement
- Provides prices for securities within given investment portfolio to maintain securities service flow
- Performs investigations of all discrepancies in price validation process to maintain pricing process quality
- Performs pricing(such as pricing, 4 eye controls, reporting, discrepancy, query analyses and ad-hocs) activities to secure stability and continuity of the processes in Data Administration Department
- Maintains operational procedures to mitigate operational risk.
- Suggests process improvements in order to deliver efficiency and/or actions oriented on risk mitigation.
- Conducts trainings within the team and coordinates onboarding of new joiners to ensure knowledge retention
