The Global Markets (GM) business of BNP Paribas helps its Corporate and Institutional clients leverage capital markets across the globe for their financing, risk management and investment needs. Position Purpose
We are looking for a senior Automation Tester who has deep-dive hands on experience in developing or designing test automation scripts on Selenium using any programming language (Java/Python). The successful candidate will be able to – contribute or design high quality, innovative and fully performing test automation framework in compliance with coding standards and technical design. Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis. Good collaboration with Onshore and Offshore teams. Should have minimum 7 years of experience in the automation testing and should be able to provide architect level solutions to any new challenges. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field of test automation. Work under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a manager.

- Should have minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in selenium test automation with any programming languages (Java/Python).
- Should be able to support design and maintenance of automation test framework along with quick solving any new challenges in test automation
- Should have good experience in implementing CI/CD pipeline in test automation.
- Should be able to support automation test design, maintenance, execution, and analysis of test report.
- Demonstrate good collaboration with Onshore and Offshore teams.
- Document Test results and follow-up with development team for resolving issues.
- Should be able to perform all testing related activities in the project.
- Should be able to drive new initiatives in test automation.
- Should have knowledge in any test management tools (ALM/JIRA/TFS).
- Should have knowledge in any GIT repositories for source code management.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Must have good analytical skills.
- Good to have test automation skills in API or Mobile.
