2S IT Transformation program, aims at improving the efficiency and quality of software delivery in order to support the business strategy.
2S Agile Target Operating Model (ATOMe) is deployed in applications teams since beginning of 2019.
2S have chosen to rely on IT Group DevOps Platforms to support Continuous Delivery of software.
Now we have to complete Agile transformation, use the DevOps Platforms full capabilities and prepare teams to go to the Dedicated Cloud. He/she will be part of the DevOps Accelerator team and will work closely with the Digital production team in Paris

Position Purpose
Provide a brief description of the overall purpose of the position, why this position exists and how it will contribute in achieving the team’s goal.
The role is to render Production support services for the business users across APAC, Europe and America. The position also requires continuous monitoring of applications, Interfaces and other tools. The job objective is to provide to solutions on the day today business. Business Domain is Fund Services and requires complete understanding of the business functions and application nuances.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Automate manual tasks by scripting, tooling & process improvements
- Drive transformation strategies involving IT infrastructure & IT applications
- Implementing new technologies or processes to improve efficiency
- Monitoring system performance and capacity levels to ensure high availability of applications with minimal downtime
- Investigating any service disruptions or other service issues to identify their causes
- Conducting capacity planning to ensure that new technologies can be accommodated without impacting existing users
- Conducting post-mortem examinations of failed systems to identify and address root cause
- Accountable for improvements in service and presentations for all governances and steering committees
