  • Risk Dedicated Solutions is in charge of delivering dedicated solutions for Risk reporting streams and support RISK missions and transformation
  • RDS 09 - Risk Reporting & Analytics team aims to provide support services to its users in the creation, maintenance and evolution of BI solutions, enabling RISK teams to produce different dashboards for the Group’s credit & counterparty risk (e.g. risk profile steering, risk measures, etc.)
  • As part of the upcoming new features on the DERIK RB application (extension of the scope of deployment, new data to be integrated, etc.) we are expanding the team with the creation of an extension in Lisbon, composed by business analysts and data engineers

Your Main Activities Are

  • Understand and analyze the needs coming from the business team, proposing sustainable solutions in line with the entity’s strategic plan and converting them into detailed requirements and functional specifications
  • Involve all relevant stakeholders in the process of definition and validation of any new requirement, assessing all potential impacts
  • Perform the recipe of the specified functionalities to ensure the quality of the developments produced by the team and the adequacy of the feature with the expressed need
  • Ensure the implementation of the new features and changes in production environment
  • Follow the go live process, compare the impacts towards expectations and propose adjustments when needed

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience as a business analyst
  • Previous banking experience
  • Knowledge of credit risk
  • Knowledge SQL
  • Knowledge of SAS, Power BI, Tableau, Dataiku, Apache NiFi and/or JIRA 
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Good communication skill in English, written and spoken
  • Teamwork

  • Strong analytical mind, problem solving, planning and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication (spoken and written) and ability to report (simplify complex information in a clearly organized and visually interesting manner, adapting it to the different stakeholders)
