MISSION
As a Financial Controller, you’ll safeguard the data quality of Group Consolidated Financial Statements. Your role bridges local reporting teams and global standards, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insights. You’ll act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on topics like IFRS 9/12 or consolidation perimeter, driving harmonization and performance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Coordinate quarterly closings: Advise regions on accounting treatments, track open issues, and ensure alignment with Group norms.
- Analyze financial data: Identify discrepancies, propose adjustments, and synthesize key events for leadership.
- Lead as an SME: Own a transversal topic (e.g., IFRS 9), implement controls, and harmonize processes across regions.
- Collaborate globally: Liaise with auditors, regulators, and teams to resolve complex transactions.
- Drive transformation: Support change initiatives and optimize reporting tools/systems.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Education
: Master’s in Finance/Audit/Accounting.Experience
: 15+ years in financial/regulatory reporting, audit, or internal control (banking preferred).- Technical skills:
- Expertise in IFRS 9/12, banking regulation, and Group accounting rules.
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and MS Office.
- Languages: Fluent English (mandatory); French (strongly preferred).
- Soft skills: Analytical rigor, autonomy, resilience, and collaborative mindset.
