About the job

  • The analyst will be responsible for delivering reliable, automated dashboard/reportings, contributing to the request of Claim Paying Ability (CPA) lines and to their monitoring and participating to all the tasks related to the credit-risk management of our pool of insurance counterparties

Your Main Activities Are

  • Dashboarding
    • Design, build and maintain the quarterly insurance dashboard (Power BI, Qlik, SPIRIT). 
    • Quarterly update SRT dashboard Global Banking & CPB France
    • Dashboards presentations in specific foruns
    • Produce regular KPI‑reports for Top Management, RPM Front-office Teams and Risk‑MFIes.
    • Validate data feeds from internal systems and external insurers; resolve inconsistencies with relevant stakeholders
    • Automate recurring reporting cycles and document the methodology
  • Risk‑Insurance & Management
    • Monitor utilization of CPA lines (≈ 45 insurer groups) and flag breaches against limits 
    • Help on the preparation of request memos for Credit Committees (data collection, risk analysis, summary of insurer profiles)
    • Participate in the onboarding of new insurers: collect KYNCI/KYS documentation, initiate the onboarding process, negotiate NDAs with the help of internal legal teams 
    • Contribute to the upkeep of credit‑insurance policies, risk‑equivalent analyses and ad‑hoc regulatory studies
  • Autonomy & Coordination
    • Act as the primary point of contact for any data‑related queries concerning the insurance portfolio and insurance counterparties
    • Lead the monthly permanent control exercises and ensure compliance with RCSA/GCP standards 
    • Coordinate & communicate with RPM teams (including Greenstars, BNP Paribas internal credit insurance company), Risk‑MFI, FIC/ICAT and broker teams through regular meetings and training sessions
    • Drive continuous improvement & maintenance of operational procedures and support business‑continuity reviews

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics or a related field
  • Between 5 and 7 years of professional experience in credit‑risk, insurance‑risk or related finance experience
  • Proven expertise in building and maintaining dashboards (Power BI, Qlik, Excel)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate raw data into actionable insights
  • Fluency in English
  • High level of autonomy; able to drive tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision
