Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
- Inputting or validation of ATGs, processing, supporting of Fund mergers, migrations and other fund related events
- Checking incoming Instructions of correctness and completeness
- Monitoring of settlement of trades at value date, including chasing of pending trades at Counterpart or internally
- Handling all global certificates
- Annual review of Transfer Agent related procedures
- Ensuring relevant deadlines and other performances standards are met
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- Bank education, master’s degree or any equivalent education
- 5+ years of experience in Business
- Knowledge of Clearing & Settlement operational and procedures including Fund Dealing Services outsourcing
- Awareness of Fund events like mergers, Corporate Actions
- Client focused and result-driven working style
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate within the own team and across other teams
- Strong communication und organizational skills
- Full professional fluency in German and English
