BNP Paribas IT teams are providing infrastructure, development and production support services to all applications used worldwide by all business lines. There is a great variety of technologies and infrastructures from legacy systems to cutting edge Cloud technologies.

Within BNP Paribas Group IT, the filiere Production Security is in charge of answering operationally to the challenges of cybersecurity with an end-to-end vision and consistently across the Bank. With its identity domain, it offers the Technical IAM services to the group. In SEC18 team, we manage the group infrastructure Audits & Access control to comply to the group security requirements.

Position Purpose

The position will Help the group management to monitor the Technical Identity Access Management maturity, comply to the auditors’ recommendations and contribute to achieve the group production security goals.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

·       Run existing controls, follow up remediation actions and report result to management.

·       Automate existing controls.

·       Participate to overall awareness campaigns

·       Create new controls to comply with the group technical IAM security requirements.

Contributing Responsibilities

·       Automate control tools / process

·       Help on developing an access control application

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Technical competencies:

·       Knowledge of ITIL

·       General IT infrastructure knowledge

·       Particular knowledge and experience with RedHat Linux, Windows

·       Particular knowledge and experience with data collecting tool : ELK

·       Particular knowledge and experience with IAM tool : SAILPOINT/ Cyberark - Entreprise Password vault

·       Familiarity with Microsoft tools : Office, Power BI or Tableau skills for dashboarding

·       Extraction, Transformation & Load (ETL) tools: Microsoft SSIS & DATAIKU

·       Familiarity with Tableau Server

·       Good written and spoken English

·       French speaking will be appreciated

·       Measure and identify areas for improving Quality and overall Delivery

·       Able to communicate efficiently
