About the Job
- As an Analyst/Associate, the role holder will be accountable for the delivery of activities in support of the Portfolio Active Management team on all aspects of origination and structuring of securitization transactions. They will be expected to assist on a full range of activities in their team with a particular focus on presentation preparation, regulatory and internal reporting, internal approval document preparation, management of the transaction. They will support deal execution of SRT transactions
Your Main Activities
- Prepare internal approval documents such as Transaction Approval Committees (TACs) for securitization transactions in coordination with the deal team, liaise with the functions and business lines to coordinate opinions, follow-up conditions and monitoring
- Prepare and update internal or external regulatory documents (such as checklists, notifications) in collaboration with the deal team and relevant functions (RISK, OPC, etc.), in order to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Prepare marketing materials for securitization transactions, including deal validation, teasers and due diligence documents, in order to present transaction opportunities to internal stakeholders and investors
- Prepare deal handover checklist in coordination with the deal team for securitization transactions, summarizing the transaction structure and key information, in order to facilitate the transmission of information to the Post-Trade team
- Assist in the preparation of CLOs investment memos
- Monitor CLO investments and prepare annual reviews
- Manage live securitization transactions: monitoring of performance, tracking of credit events and management of claim process in coordination with the deal team and entities/business lines
- Consolidate securitization transaction data and produce regulatory and internal reports, in order to provide accurate and up-to-date information to stakeholders and decision-makers
- Monitor market and regulatory developments to anticipate and adapt transactions
- Participate in improving processes to increase efficiency
Profile and Skills to Success
- Master's degree in Finance
- Between 2 and 4 years of professional experience in Investment, Equity and/or Securitization
- Knowledge in Investment
- Fluency in English both oral and written (mandatory)
- Advanced knowledge of Office package (Excel)

- Portfolio Active Management (PAM)
- Within the Securitized Product Group (SPG) department, part of Capital Markets, Resources and Portfolio Management combines the capital and risk management solutions of CIB and the Group, the insurance distribution platform, the internal credit insurance company of BNPP (GreenStars), and the securitization portfolio management activities
- RPM has the mandate to develop and intensify the advisory and execution role in terms of capital and risk management for CIB and the rest of the group
- Portfolio Active Management (PAM) identifies assets and develops distribution solutions to improve capital and credit risk management for CIB and the Group
- The Portfolio Active Management team is currently composed of seven Portfolio Managers and three Quantitative Portfolio Managers
