Como Scrum Master a tua é missão apoiar a Squad na adoção e adaptação do modo de trabalho Agile de acordo com os seus valores, princípios, práticas e ferramentas e garantir que a equipa tem um fluxo de trabalho eficiente, focado e contínuo.

As suas principais responsabilidades são:

• Ser responsável por organizar o fluxo de trabalho da Squad;
• Facilitar as cerimónias e os rituais Agile da Squad, a fim de criar um ambiente eficaz e colaborativo de forma fluida;
• Coordenar a equipa durante os sprints, proporcionando-lhe um ambiente seguro e positivo para a realização de um trabalho eficaz;
• Gerir os conflitos na equipa de forma a torná-la mais eficiente;
• Focar-se na eliminação de obstáculos e impedimentos da equipa para garantir a entrega iterativa e rápida, a fim de criar produtos de elevado valor;
• Ajudar a equipa a gerir eficazmente o backlog do Produto com o Product Owner e apoiar o planeamento do sprint seguinte;
• Participar ativamente na vida e nas cerimónias das equipas a que pertence (Squad, Tribe & Chapter), partilhando constantemente os Valores e Princípios Agile;
• Ser um agente de mudança para as novas formas de trabalho, comunicação eficiente e interação entre as diferentes partes interessadas.
