- The COMs & Events Trainee role is a dynamic internship focused on event coordination, internal communication, and cross-functional projects. It requires strong organizational and communication skills, offers exposure to governance and digital tools, and provides opportunities for professional growth within BNP Paribas
- Risk Portugal Hub (RPH) is seeking for an intern to assist the RPH COMs & Events Senior Officer in communication and event-related activities for this BNP Paribas organization
Your Main Activities Are
- Internal Communications and information repository: Contribute internal newsletters and communications; Update SharePoint content
- Support Governance activities: Prepare content and visuals for internal presentations and committees
- Event Management: Organize RPH events and support participants and stakeholders before, during, and after events
- Management Support: Organize visits for our internal stakeholders and Training events for the staff
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Communication or related
- Advanced level of English, both written and oral
- Knowledge in
- Visual-graphics capabilities
- Digital collaborative tools
- SharePoint would be a plus
