About the job

  • The COMs & Events Trainee role is a dynamic internship focused on event coordination, internal communication, and cross-functional projects. It requires strong organizational and communication skills, offers exposure to governance and digital tools, and provides opportunities for professional growth within BNP Paribas
  • Risk Portugal Hub (RPH) is seeking for an intern to assist the RPH COMs & Events Senior Officer in communication and event-related activities for this BNP Paribas organization

Your Main Activities Are

  • Internal Communications and information repository: Contribute internal newsletters and communications; Update SharePoint content
  • Support Governance activities: Prepare content and visuals for internal presentations and committees
  • Event Management: Organize RPH events and support participants and stakeholders before, during, and after events
  • Management Support: Organize visits for our internal stakeholders and Training events for the staff

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Communication or related
  • Advanced level of English, both written and oral
  • Knowledge in
    1. Visual-graphics capabilities
    2. Digital collaborative tools
    3. SharePoint would be a plus
  • Attention to detail / rigor
  • Adaptability 
  • Ability to collaborate / teamwork
  • Communication skills, both written and oral
  • Creativity and innovation / problem solving
  • Organisational skills
