About the job
- The Regulatory Operational Conduct Analyst’s main mission is to contribute and lead initiatives seeking to reinforce Global Banking conduct framework performing tasks pertaining to Conduct and Regulatory matters, while identifying and assessing non-financial risks to ensure the enforcement and efficiency of the control framework and to promote an adequate risk management culture with a Front-to-Operations reach
Your Main Activities Are
- Implement and measure the Banking Laws Framework seeking to reinforce and maintain Global Banking (GB) compliance with Banking Laws and Volker, contributing to dedicated governance instances, preparing meeting materials, keeping ongoing dialogue with LOD2 representatives and designing of the associated control framework
- Design training content and conduct training to Global Banking Front Office populations on various conduct pillars such as anti-Market abuse rules, communication channels and practices, professional ethics and protection of clients’ interests-related matters
- Participate to the ongoing dialogue with LOD1 and LOD2 representatives on major conduct rules, leading to the review and maintenance of Global Banking conduct policies
- Contribute to C-level conduct-related governance instances by producing meeting materials for Global Banking Conduct & Ethics Board, Global Banking Conduct Operational Committee or Global Banking Record Keeping Syndication Forum
- Contribute to any initiative or measure, resulting from regulatory expectations or GB Management decision to reinforce conduct framework
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management or any related field
- Fluency in English and great communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
- Great team spirit with the ability to support change and generate people’s commitment
- Ability to simplify a process with a results-driven mindset
- Great organizational skills with the ability to manage a project
About the Team
- Global Banking brings together all the commercial forces present at Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) such as coverage, flow, financing and consulting activities serving corporate clients as well as the transversal teams in support of these activities
- Within GB CCCO’s Department, the Operational Risk Framework & Conduct Team is based in both Paris and Lisbon and oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of all the components of the Global Banking conduct framework in very tight cooperation with other GB CCCO offices in AMER and APAC and CIB
