About the job

Part of Transversal Assets and ITTF organization, Referentials are "reference data" shared across the group to ensure a common view of data attributes and the usage of common nomenclatures all over the Group. The Referential team offers Finance, Risk and HR "Master Data" solutions across the group, covering structures, nomenclature, and dictionary solutions

Data Quality is the key driver of the team to ensure trustful usage of the data within our systems.   

Referentials Team is organized spread over domains:   

          Third Parties, for Finance & Risk third-parties referential like RMPM, REGENT, DEXTER and BCLI

          Structure & Nomenclature, regrouping referential for "financial or organizational structures" such as GRECO, PFS and FIREF; "nomenclatures" in SQUARE and SPITAB; and "dictionaries" within the Data Management Tool (DMT)

          Data Fabric, provide data quality dashboards, data preparation, create and virtualized the output of queries   

          HR Referentials recently added as OSR, JAD, SKILLEO, REFOG, ESOP and OPAL integrated Master data solutions to HR Referentials within a global Governance

Your Main Activities Are

  • Provide high quality Master Data Solutions 
  • Design and deliver evolutions 
  • Give a technical and functional assistance (+ training...) 
  • Administrate the referential (data capture, data checks, parameters, management) 
  • Ensure a business monitoring (production monitoring) 
  • Manage re-design projects 
  • Provide data-quality monitoring
  • Main responsibilities as Referential Administrator:
    • Control the consistency of data input by the customers and different entities (BNPP Business) 
    • Ensure end-user support and resolve production issues 
    • Monitor data sourcing, perform analysis of rejected data, inform stakeholders and customers
    • Inspect and control updates of sensitive data and operate on behalf of customers
    • Follow-up on production support, incident management, and prepare status reporting 

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or Information Systems
  • At least 3 years of Experience as a data Administrator, Business Analyst, or a similar role
  • Professional experience in Referential administration (data management, database)
  • Training and occupational experience
  • Strong knowledge of information systems
  • Advanced level of English, both written and oral
  • Knowledge in MS Office Pack (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Problem solving
  • Attention to detail / rigor
  • Analytical ability
  • Client focused
  • Organisational skills
