The position iswithin ITTF Iberian Platform – Department Office in Madrid with functional linkwith ITTF Department Office team in Paris.
Main responsibilities
Animate theProject Portfolio Management process (PPM):
- Animate the project launch and validation process
- Prepare and animate Investment Committees
- Consolidate all information requested to the study andvalidation of projects’ files, guaranty its consistency with projects’ managers
- Support projects’ managers and managers during theproject life cycle and promote best practices
- Analyse discrepancies cause, alert the management,propose solutions, and fix issues
- Maintain and produce reports on the project portfolio(projects review, monitoring of budget and duration excesses…)
- Guarantee projects data quality and coordinateappropriate actions with operational teams (PMO, project managers…)
- Ensure changemanagement (trainings…) for project managers and newcomers
- Contribute to theportfolio review with Groups’ heads
- ProducePerformance Indicators (PMS) for ITTF
Contribute to thetransformation of PPM tools and processes:
- Analyse the current framework and suggest innovativeimprovements
- Define and build in house new tools and reports tosupport the PPM activity
- Contribute to the migration of existing PPM reports(xls/ppt) under TABLEAU and develop new ones
- Contribute to the shadow IT reduction (macros, robots,specific developments, …) by suggesting solutions allowing to move to thetarget standard tools (Clarity/Tableau Software, …).
