Position Purpose
Context:
As a highly visible project manager within an international company, you will be responsible for multiple projects in Arval’s ambitious programs.
You will work closely with all Arval Tech Centre India tribes and onshore Arval IT organization to deploy Arval IT strategy across the globe, with a particular focus in India.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues in our onshore project management ‘centre of excellence’ to implement continuous improvement initiatives and best-practice sharing.
Direct Responsibilities
· You will work on strategical projects that benefit Arval organization and more specifically the deployment of its sourcing strategy
· First focus will be on Arval Tech Centre India by helping the ATCI BRM overseeing the “Move to ISPL” project
· Being part of Arval IT international organization, and in close collaboration with onshore the Arval IT Workforce department, you will have the opportunity to contribute to other strategic projects
· The IT Project Manager is responsible for preparing, drafting, presenting and maintaining the set of project’s deliverables including, but limited to steering committees, operational committees, ATCI strategic dashboards.
· You will also take part in preparing, rolling out and result analysis of satisfaction surveys within ATCI as well as with Tribes’ business stakeholders
· Part of the ATCI management office, you will take part in preparing the various events pertaining to ATCI out of which Arval VIPs’ visit in India, townhalls…
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the resource allocation and delivery team coordination to ensure commitment to deliverables deadlines.
- Identify and manage project interdependencies and stakeholders utilizing communication across squads and tribes.
Mobilize, leading and coordinating required IT resources (internal and external), including vendor engagement. - Build the IT deployment plan in conjunction with stakeholders and in conformance with approval committees (Build to Run activities, Change management activities, etc.)
- Be responsible for the IT scope delivery (functional and non-functional) and manage changes to scope throughout the project.
- Manage IT risks, problems and escalations to the Program manager/Sponsor throughout the project, including non-compliance and mitigation plans.
- Communicate and report (quantitatively and qualitatively) regularly on the IT project to project stakeholders and governance.
- Follow up on the deliverables defined for your projects to ensure that solutions meet the stated objectives and meet quality standards.
· Adhere to PMO standards and governance frameworks.
