Our scope of Infra services ranges across Datacenter, Networks, Voice, Security, Data & Compute, Storage, Servers, Middleware, Desktop Engineering, Client Services, Service desk, Desk side support, Hardware asset management, Software Asset Management, IT service Management, Project Management, BCP/DR and Risk & Governance. We as a team strive to provide most conducive IT solutions and seamless Infra services to all our stakeholders.

Position Purpose

Project manager’s role for Project management team in ITIP to manage ITIP projects.

Vignesh BABU has decided to pursue opportunity within organization hence a backfill is required.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  3. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  4. Ensure resource availability and allocation
  5. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  6. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  7. Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
  8. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  9. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  10. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  11. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  12. Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
  13. Collaborate with required stakeholders (Internal, External) during project life cycle
  14. Governance meetings with required stakeholders for projects
  15. Projects reporting to required stakeholders 
  16. Support & execute IT OPC controls, Audits related to Project Management

Contributing Responsibilities

  1. Use and continually develop leadership skills
  2. Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
  3. Perform other related duties as assigned
  4. Report and escalate to management as needed

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

  1. Proven working experience in project management
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  3. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  4. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  5. Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

Specific Qualifications (if required)

  1. Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
