Position Purpose

 Job Purpose

We are seeking a hands-on Program Manager to drive the AssetQ program across APAC. You will lead cross-functional teams through a matrix structure to deploy Agentic AI processes that deliver measurable business impact and ROI. Working in close partnership with the APAC Head of AI & Data, you will navigate a complex global stakeholder landscape, providing clear, strategic communication to everyone from technical teams to executive leadership.

Principal Role Accountabilities

* Drive end-to-end program delivery of the AssetQ program across the APAC region by spearheading cross-functional initiatives and ensuring all milestones align with the strategic roadmap.
 * Realize strategic business value and ROI through the successful technical deployment of Agentic AI processes, ensuring that technological outputs translate into measurable organizational impact.
* Lead high-performing cross-functional teams in a matrix management environment by providing hands-on direction and fostering collaboration across diverse technical and business units.
 * Coordinate delivery activities across business SMEs, process redesign teams, IT squads, Data & AI, functional teams and external partners to ensure success execution.
 * Facilitate stakeholder engagement across Australia, APAC and global teams to ensure alignment on priorities, delivery approach and resource requirements and communicate complex program progress and technical developments to a wide audience, ranging from technical specialists to executive forums.
* Support governance forums including Programme Office, Sponsor Check-ins, Steering Committees and executive reviews in partnership with the APAC Head of AI & Data by preparing decision ready materials, executive briefings, status reporting and escalation recommendations for senior management.
 * Mitigate program risks and complexities by proactively identifying technical or operational bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions to ensure seamless delivery.
 * Bridge the gap between technical execution and executive vision by translating complex AI deployment metrics into clear, actionable business insights for senior leadership.
 * Track and manage program financials ensuring delivery remains within agreed budget, scope and timelines.
* Coordinate the transition from process discovery and target-state design through MVP delivery, testing, business adoption and production implementation.
 * Monitor operational readiness, business engagement, training requirements, change impacts and adoption risks throughout the programme lifecycle.

 What is required for you to succeed?

 This role will be operating in a matrix environment must possess influencing ability to drive design and implementation decisions whilst ensuring commercial viability. Exceptional stakeholder management is a must; the role will face into C level executives internally and externally. This is a detailed hands-on role that requires excellent understanding of project methodologies across Agile and Waterfall.

 Robust understanding of Asset Owners, Asset Managers and Superannuation is a strong preference as is the ability to manage a wide-ranging team of people across product, operations and technology. Experience securing sponsorship, manage budgets, develop execution plans, provide reporting and ensure seamless delivery within project budget and timelines is required.

 Project Management:
 * 10+ years project management experience within Financial Services Industry
* 8+ years hands-on Business transformational change experience
 * Proven budgeting and sponsor influencing

 Business:
* Prior financial services experience across any of Asset Management, Fund Administration, Superannuation or Life Insurance is a must for this role
 * Strong understanding of the relationship between business process redesign, technology enablement and change adoption.
 * Experience managing Programme dependencies across business, technology, data, architecture and control functions.

 Technical:
 * Business operating models and flows across back and middle office operations
 * Prior experience with process mapping, interfaces and data mapping
* Knowledge/Experience across Securities Services technology platforms i.e. HiPort, pControl

 Desired knowledge, skill, experience
 * Degree qualified in Business, IT or related discipline; and/or relevant work experience in a similar role
* Pervious Program/Project management across multiple geographic locations
