Position Purpose
Lead the technology learning and capability agenda for India CoE, partnering with Technology and People leadership to build future-ready technology talent aligned to the organisation’s strategic priorities.
The role will own the design, governance and delivery of enterprise-scale technology capability programmes, spanning emerging technologies, technical skills, reskilling and professional certifications. The role will bring together Technology SMEs, L&D, global stakeholders and partners to create a scalable and outcome-focused technology learning ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
1. Technology Capability Strategy
- Translate the Technology strategy and future skills agenda into a multi-year technology learning and capability roadmap.
- Identify current and emerging skill gaps across technology domains and establish targeted capability-building interventions.
- Partner with Technology leadership to prioritise critical skills across AI/GenAI, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Architecture, DevOps and emerging technologies.
- Develop role-based learning journeys aligned to technology career paths and competency frameworks.
2. Technology Academies & Strategic Programmes
- Lead the strategy and execution of Technology Academies, Tech Bootcamps, Reskilling/Upskilling programmes and Certification pathways.
- Build scalable learning interventions for different talent segments — early careers, experienced professionals, SMEs and technology leaders.
- Establish programmes that support internal mobility, succession planning and future talent readiness.
- Drive strategic partnerships with universities, technology providers and specialist learning organisations.
3. Programme & Portfolio Management
- Own the end-to-end portfolio of technology capability initiatives, including strategy, prioritisation, planning, execution, governance and benefits realisation.
- Establish programme governance, milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets and performance dashboards.
- Manage multiple concurrent programmes across technology domains and geographies.
- Drive standardisation and reuse of learning frameworks, content and programme assets across the GCC.
4. Stakeholder & Global Partnership
- Act as a strategic partner to Technology leadership, HR/L&D, Global Technology teams and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate alignment across locations and global technology organisations.
- Influence senior stakeholders and SMEs to drive adoption and sponsorship of capability programmes.
- Manage strategic external learning and technology partners, ensuring quality, value and measurable outcomes.
5. AI & Future Skills
- Drive the technology learning agenda for AI, GenAI and emerging technology adoption.
- Develop capability programmes that move beyond awareness towards practical adoption, application and productivity improvement.
- Identify opportunities to embed AI-enabled learning, personalised learning journeys and digital learning platforms.
- Monitor evolving technology skill requirements and proactively refresh capability priorities.
6. Measurement & Impact
- Establish a robust Technology Capability Measurement Framework covering participation, proficiency, certification, skill uplift, mobility and business impact.
- Develop executive dashboards to provide visibility of capability maturity and programme outcomes.
- Measure the effectiveness and ROI of learning investments.
- Use data, learner insights and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve programmes.

Ideal candidate would be:
Experience & Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience across Technology L&D, capability development, Technology PMO, programme management or talent transformation.
- Proven experience leading large-scale technology capability or learning portfolios within a global organisation.
- Strong understanding of technology skills and the evolving technology landscape.
- Experience in a Global Technology organisation / Financial Services environment preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working with senior Technology leadership and global stakeholders.
- Strong programme governance, commercial/vendor management and financial management capabilities.
- Experience building technology academies, competency frameworks, certification programmes or reskilling initiatives.
- Strong analytical, influencing, communication and executive presentation skills.
