  • Within Global Banking – Capital Markets, the Securitised Products Group (SPG) brings together all securitisation and risk distribution activities, including Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO), and Private Debt Financing
  • The Private Debt Financing activity covers financing for specialized investment funds in private debt. This primarily involves providing medium-term credit facilities secured by the loan portfolios granted by these specialized funds
  • Our Private Debt Financing team is a dynamic and innovative group that plays a critical role in a fast-growing sector of the financial industry. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of deals, develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the success of our clients. You will also gain valuable experience working with global teams, collaborating daily with colleagues in London and Paris, and developing a deeper understanding of the international financial landscape

Your Main Activities Are

  • As a Private Debt Financing Portfolio Manager, you will:
  • Contribute to Credit Management: Monitor and analyse the performance of underlying assets, ensuring compliance with borrowing base covenants and updating transaction risks
  • Support Origination & Structuring: Assist in executing, closing, and onboarding new transactions, including preparing internal documentation, submitting deals into the credit workflow system, and controlling funding requests
  • Produce Internal and External Reporting: Help create portfolio reports, including exposure breakdowns, risk dashboards, and quarterly/annual reviews, as well as budgeting and forecasting for P&L, Capital, and liquidity
  • Drive Automation and Efficiency: Contribute to improving portfolio management and monitoring tools and processes, enhancing the team's productivity and effectiveness
  • Support Transversal Projects: Assist in maintaining and updating internal policies and procedures, workflow and pipeline tools, and implementing new or updated risk policies
  • Assist with Regulatory Capital Production: Help with the quarterly and monthly production of regulatory capital reports

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics or Similar
  • Up to 4 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Private Debt, Private Equity, Structured Finance and Debt instruments
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with different stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible and collaborative approach to teamwork
