Private Capital Liabilities (TA) and Client Contact Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and Inspire: Guide subordinate teams with a collaborative spirit, contributing to the strategy definition and execution to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Client Excellence: Oversee and maintain the highest standards of client service daily, exceeding client expectations and fostering long-term relationships.
- Risk Management: Implement a robust risk framework to mitigate operational risks within your area of responsibility.
- Relationship Building: Develop and cultivate business relationships, identifying and implementing service, system, and process enhancements to ensure client satisfaction.
- Expertise and Problem-Solving: Leverage your technical expertise to manage escalations, solving operationally complex cases with hands-on involvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Adapt and optimize your area of responsibility to enhance efficiency, client satisfaction, and support business growth.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise to Private Capital Operations in Poland and act as a Private Capital Subject Matter Expert (SME) for in-scope businesses.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience on managerial path in a financial institution (Private Capital/Alternatives domain knowledge/experience desired).
- At least 3 years of management experience in an Operations environment.
- Fluent in English and French languages.
- MA degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Law/Business Management, or experience in a similar role/audit practice.
- Extensive practical experience of Alternative Fund Structures (Private Equity, Debt, Infrastructure, Real Estate etc.) required.
- A thorough knowledge of a key industry platform for Private Capital (eFront and/or Investran) and how to utilize the platform to optimize processes and deliver client requirements in a risk managed way required.
- Knowledge of Private Capital fund administration or ability to learn quickly leveraging on related experience.
- Client focused, works well with others, communicates clearly and precisely, with the ability to impact and inspire others.
- Creates a stable, trustworthy, and positive environment, supports, and encourages others when problems arise.
- Able to understand, explain, and implement change and drive continuous improvement.
