Private Capital Debt & Loan Solutions Analyst (M/F) CDI
The Loan & Debt Solutions Team in Luxembourg provides debt solution services across a variety of products, focusing primarily on the Direct Lending and Loan Fund markets. We provide a premier account administration service for Loan & Debt portfolios across several global clients mainly for Loan Administration and Calculation Agent missions:
Loan Administration missions:
- -Maintain our clients’ portfolio in our Loan Administration system.
- Liaise with the Asset Managers/Agents as part of the record-keeping and reconciliation of the portfolio positions. Perform daily/monthly/quarterly production tasks with the collaboration of internal and external teams (Asset Manager, Loan/Facility agent, Fund Administrator, Custodian, Cash team, Depositary etc…)
- Perform asset documentation reviews and develop in-depth analysis and knowledge in the Private Debt industry
- Perform IT testing end to end as part of new onboarding requirements.
Calculation Agent missions:
- Act as main contact for Client and Lender as part of the onboarding/follow-up of the activity on leveraged deals,
- Work closely with our Business Analysts for the setup and update of the models in our Loan Administration system in line with investment guidelines/agreements/CPs,
- Collect and update financial data in our Loan Administration system,
- Analyse portfolio compliance and hypothetical testing on ad-hoc basis,
- Produce Reports for cash distribution (in line with governing deal documents),
- Produce ESMA reporting for specific funds,
Internal missions
- Contribute to the drafting of the internal agreements (Service Loan Agreements)
- Establish and monitor operational procedures & checklists
- Ensure a seamless work process with International Offshoring Centers (IOC).
- Contribute to the implementation of new IT Projects (business needs /UAT) where needed
Education and professional experience and Technical competencies
Profile
- Master’s degree
- Relevant experience (4-5 years) in an AIFM, Management Company, administrator, or audit firm (solely for Private Capital funds).
- Fluent in English and German; third European language will be considered as an asset.
